When I am in mania/hypomania,I am the most social, talkative person EVER!But when depression kicks in I am really quiet.

Same for me. Depends how energetic (hyper?) I am to start off with and with whom I'm socialising.

Overall, I tend to switch off between introvert and extrovert. When I'm introverted, I tend to shut myself in my room surfing the web, reading a book on the Titanic or electronics, listening to music, occasionally nap, or watching a movie on my computer. 8)

Extroversion: I might go to a store, and then drive around a little bit more before going home. (I sometimes find it hard to transition from the car to the house. I also may talk excessively, bug my parents, tease my sister, and get irritable when my parents make me eat supper with them.

I hate it when people try to change "who you are" and attempt to make you as an extroverted person.

"I'm introverted laid- back, intellectual, quiet, humble. You know how people ideally suppose to be.

I am very talkitive, to the point of being a major irritation to others. BUT, I am not outgoing anymore. I used to force my self into situations but now, well, after many bad experiences I am nolonger in that mode. I kinda fit both catagories.

I consider myself introverted because I can go really long periods of time without much human interaction. I am sociable when I plan to be sociable with people I plan to see and I can be very talkative and joking and all of that. It is even understandable to consider me an extrovert when you see me with some friends however, I really like being alone and socialization tires me more than it energizes me. Humor and fun is the only part of socialization that I like, all the other seriousness just bores me. The reward is not worth the sacrifice in those circumstances.

I voted introverted.

My parents often accused me of not having any personality at all. Never quite understood what that meant.
