I'm in the middle of +Anima in it's original language, awaiting the next volume of 魔法先生ネギま! , and am also in the middle of reading the Love Hina novels.

I am reading Interview with the Vampire by Anne Rice for school, and trying to read Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer and Embrace the Night by Karen Chance on the side. It's not proving very successful though...

After about 38 years, I'm re-reading:

"Canary in a Cathouse" by Kurt Vonnegut

and curiously, in the 1st edition cover:

I'm reading, or rather I've almost finished, the Maximum Ride series by James Patterson. It's about a flock of teenage genetically altered avian-human hybrids who escape from this laboratory. They are running from the scientists who created them and trying to solve the mystery of the corporation that commissioned their creation and it's plan to create a perfect world by eliminating weak humans and creat a superhuman superior race. Hmm, eliminate the weak ones? Sounds like a certain faction concerned with the autisitic community *coughautismspeakscough*

Hi there,

The book I'm currently reading is 'The Essays' by Michel de Montaigne. In a good Dutch translation. I really like it. A wise man he was.

Bye,
Ceesjan

Oh, are they good? I was thinking about reading those...

They go pretty fast, and they center more around action than any kind of descriptive speaking. But they're fun. Every chapter pretty much ends in a twist. And since the majority of the book is told in 1st person perspective by the main character, Max (who has a rather unique personality), it's hilarious because it focuses on her thoughts. And lets just say she's not very conservative in attitude ^_^
