Guilty: the man who ran a garden-shed gun factory linked to nine murder scenes
The UK has some of the strictest gun control laws in the world. This story shows that even the strictest laws will not prevent a determined criminal from getting guns. If they can't buy them locally, they will smuggle them in, or make them, often with tragic results.
Of course, the naysayers will counter that the availability of replica guns is at fault here, and will call for replicas to be banned as well. _________________ Never let your schooling interfere with your education. - Samuel Clemens |

| Similair people call for a ban on sharp kitchen knives to stop stabbings. What they dont account for is that it would just result in a rise in people being bludgeoned, if someone is determined to hurt another they will find a means. |

| Whenever guns are banned, only the criminals get to have guns. That leaves the honest population at a distinct disadvantage. Look at the high murder rate in Washington, DC. The had strict gun control laws there too. It was recently overturned and the people there are allowed to defend themselves again. |

With all these determined criminals running around, the law needs to be even more determined! You think we should give up having gun laws because a few no-gooders manage to get their grubby paws on firearms? Having No Gun Laws Whatsoever is not the solution, here. I detest that attitude. _________________ Behold, I stand at the door and knock ... |

You did notice that he has a higher post count than me, right? Besides, I thought you were my sock puppet, you make all those poor arguments that are so easily knocked down, it saves me the effort. _________________ Consider the source of this advice... |

| You're greasy enough to wiggle out of my arguments, Dox. You don't knock them down as much as you sleaze right through them with that silver tongue of yours. |

I can't decide if this is a complement or not, but being the good Christian that you are, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. I'll also save time by summarizing your arguments, as they are quite familiar to me by now.
You'll try to establish a causal link between guns and violence, probably using the phrase "guns kill people", or some variation there of.
You'll argue that more restrictive laws will be effective in preventing access to guns by criminals.
You'll simply ignore every counter-argument made to your posts, and repeat yourself ad-naseum, and perhaps quote some scripture.
