		<description><![CDATA[My functional medicine course addresses stress often. The example I have heard often is the visual of the zebras that get chased down by a predator, but after the threat is over they shake themselves and go on with their lives. It&#039;s not that quite easy for us, but realizing the importance of dealing with stress is a first step. My 24 yr old daughter packed up a few clothes, her computers and disappeared 1 week ago. I can finally sleep better, but I have to remember to take slow deep breaths in addition to getting support, praying and walking around where her phone last pinged. That was therapy for me.]]></description>
