Dear skilpadde, you're right about size / content; tiny & quote-free = no problem ...so sent my long PM in two halves, which seemed to help ...some. Sadly, the time it takes to send messages and then return to account, or to search forums and change topic page etc, is eating tons of phone's web ...

Dear elkclan, regarding your husband's critical attitude:

At some point, an adult needs to take responsiblity for themselves, including learning to manage own behavioral responses to negative stimuli.

taking a 'time out' when you've already gone past a certa...

Have been trying to send a PM for last hour ~ most captchas are at least partly illegible, & when you finally get one you can read you don't know if you're supposed to type the two separate words as one word or two ...or if you're supposed to put capital letters where there are capitals ~ the 'a...

Depriving someone of liquids is obviously going to increase their suffering ~ i'm sure there were more humane (if not entirely legal) ways to end this child's suffering!

Our society needs to become more comfortable with death and spend more time focusing on quality of life. Euthanasia ...

Hey, Alex, when i was moving between WP posts on my mobile phone yesterday, i was occasionally connected to an all-white screen with no lines seperating individual members' replies. Their quotes and replies weren't aligned with their avatar etc either ...it was a bit of a mess. So now i'm worried th...

I guess the part I'm not following is because some of the people who are frightened by a partner with PTSD get PTSD themself but no one says because I've been a victim and have PTSD I'm dangerous

first off, not everyone with ptsd knows they have it, and even if they're diagnose...

dear LSJ, let's face it, some of the comments in your original post leave alot to be desired: If you used it as a noun it's not cool.
If you used it as a verb - as in to 'ret*d development' or 'ret*d growth' - you're ok.

there's nothing 'arbitary' about it; demonstrating such car...

I do agree with the idea that we have to try and save what we have here on earth but, among other things, discovering extraterrestrial life would mean life's eggs aren't all in one basket so to speak.

as usual T_S is the voice of reason. However, many of those willing to fund s...

I'm friendly and regard you as my equal or superior" Many people think treating them as an equal is the opposite of submissive ...wether i'm agreeing or disagreeing with them, or 'tilting my uncertainty' at them. I would have to choose 'spirituality' ~ not in a religious sense but in a 'everything is connected no matter what our faith or politics' sense ...as much as i love poetry, it's really just a tool, a way to express what i think i know and what i'm learning; i was into nature and the mind before i sta...
