My problem is that having friends is a two way street, I really only want friends when I need them. I have recently lost a whole group of friends as I have ditched the what's app group we were all in for the 5th time, I get fed up with myself, god knows what they feel about me. They no longer invite... |

So onwards and upwards. Sounds like a long journey. I started mine on Monday. Good luck, it's helped me just find closure and to stop constantly questioning why I don't fit |

I used to change the way I acted with different groups of people. Over the years I really lost who I was, perhaps never did know who I was, but over the past 3-4 years I've gradually become more comfortable with who I am. I very rarely put on a mask now, but I do keep myself to myself and try to not... |

Well it's been a year and a half wait, but finally I have an assessment this Thursday. I've managed to deal with being made redundant and getting a new job the same day, I even managed to get another new job as I wasn't happy at the other one, just didn't feel comfortable with the atmosphere. Starte... |

I feel like I'm alone, but I know quite a few people would call me their friend. I prefer my own company, it's easier and I don't have to think so hard about the other person |

I'm ok for now and socialised a hell of a lot this weekend. Felt awkward, but I'm slowly getting used to it |

People eating noisily, crisp and sweet packets rustling and certain car alarms. Oh and my children's damn poxy space hoppers. My daughter and son love them because they help release energy/stun especially if it's too wet for the trampoline |

I'm married and it's been damn hard, but I do love my wife massively. I have 2 children and I find them very hard at times to look after, but love them so much. My son has Aspergers and my daughter has autism. So I find it hard to help them at times, other times I really can help them. Over the year... |

I either have no music or drum bass, black metal, death step or dub step blasting out, it stops me thinking. I get sick of my brain not resting.
Now and then I listen to Nirvana or The Doors. |

So I've now been on Citalopram for a good few months now and have been exercising every day for now 2 months and do feel great, I can't believe how good this hard exercise is, stopped drinking and started eating healthily. But I still feel damned awkward every time I mix with people, I hate society ... |
