I remember in elementary school music class, the music teacher played the Rag Mop song and the kids would giggle whenever they spelled out "m o p - m o p p" sounds like "em oh pee-pee". pee-pee meaning urine. |

The lyrics to a song from the late 1940s. It looks like they couldn't spell "rag mop" right. They doubled the last letter in each word. |

No one intends to be gay. Being gay is not a choice. Yes, for real people being gay is not a choice. However for fictional characters, the designers can choose whether or not to make them gay. Since they are fictional, everything about them including their sexual orientation is consciously chosen b... |

A can of spray air freshener said on it "for use by trained personnel only."
Where do you get the training? And why do people need training to use a can of spray air freshener? |

I don't think time travel is possible because of the risk of creating a logical paradox, like if you accidentally (or on purpose) killed your parents. There are possible ways around this such as if someone enters a parallel universe or if someone is only able to watch the past like a video, but not... |

How would things change if we could send people to the past or future and back to the present?
Just being able to send people on one way trips to the future or past wouldn't change things much. People being able to return to the present to tell us about it would change things a lot. |

I have somewhere where some people have said that they think that Mr. Ratburn was always secretly intended to be gay and that were hints of it in the earlier Arthur episodes as opposed to them just suddenly deciding to make him gay for that episode where he gets married to a man. |

There were some episodes of Star Trek that touched on intelligent design. I think it's possible that some god like being coulda set life, evolution & other science in motion. There are scientists/science teachers who believe in theistic evolution. The difference between theistic evolution and i... |

There are debates about evolution among scientists, but they are about how evolution occurs, not whether. |

Evolution is actually better understood by scientists than gravity, but not too many people object to gravity like they do evolution. |

Some people do try to get in the science class, though of course they always fail.
If intelligent design belongs anywhere, it would be in a philosophy class, not science. |

Intelligent design has no more place in the science classroom than the stork does in sex education class. Why do some people try to get intelligent design in the science classes? It doesn't belong. |

In a Radiohead song.
"Karma police, arrest this man. He talks in maths. He buzzes like a fridge. He's like a detuned radio."
What does the singer mean by saying he "talks in maths"?
Radiohead is a British band and "maths" is equivalent to American "math". |
