Install CS:GO, download Reflex training on the steam workshop and practice that for 10-20 minutes a day. Osu! and Audiosurf are good games for training hand coordination.
Stay away from modern FPS games and play a few old school FPS games, I highly recommend the first F.E.A.R game. |

You should aim for around 3-4 litres of water per day, I use a 600ml protein shaker as a way to measure how much water I am drinking.
Remember that one imperial UK pint is 568ml but a US pint is only 473ml in comparison, you should aim for 8-10 pints of water a day. |

Yes, tribalism does exist in every culture and it is the number of cause of segregation. Even if segregation is no longer public, groups and individuals can still ostracise each other. |
