I beleive it to be like a 'postcode lottery', many people wait years to be assessed but some wait less time. I think it depends upon where you live.

^^^^Starfoxx; I am also taking 100mg of sertraline, and it probably saved my life tbh. My side effects are mainly paradoxical or involve increased anxiety. It just works for some people and not really for others. What did you take sertraline for? It seems like low serotonin levels may not have been...

Hmm. Do something that is very out of your comfort zone and not like you at all. Then you will find that you can survive more difficult stuff and then won't worry about smaller things anymore and wont have to be perfect anymore because you will realise those things do not matter. How to make it so y...

Gosh, I wouldnt say you really can recover from being a drug addict though because even if you stop using you can keep having a psychological addiction for years and years. Also, you probably already know, you get the withdrawals which last longer than the effect of the drug and sometimes post acute...

So today I was in a fast food place and i saw this girl with lots of scars on her arm which look like from self harm but they might not have been. She seemed to have a lot of confidence about it and seemed approachable. I wanted to go and talk to her but I didn't want to seem like a weirdo by being ...

I want to go back into town now but i know it wouldn't be a good idea, not only because it's wasting time and money but I reckon I will h...

I c...

Basically I'm having more trouble doing a lot of things and I feel like my body is more difficult to move and more difficult to complete actions. An example is today I went to walk up the stairs in my college and I put a foot on the step and couldn't go up them even though I was just walking really ...
