As the title suggests, what do people think the differences are? The definitions of both seem very similar, around the preoccupation and comfort with own thoughts and ideas, over and above external realities. I don't understand whta peoples' probelm with the leveling system is. The leveling system for those of you who don't know is Level 1 (“Requiring support”) Level 2 (“Requiring substantial support”) Level 3 (“Requiring very substantial support” I don't understand why everyone get's so offended by it ...

There is no scientific evidence that MMR vaccine causes autism so you can ignore your mum on that point. I know it's often been said that Aspies lack the nonverbal fluency to tell if someone is being subtly hostile with them (like, micro-aggressions, veiled insults, petty put-downs or faint praise, etc.) which can get us into some unpleasant or embarrassing situations...but what about the reverse?? Ha...
