When I was young no one locked their guns up in a safe, they would be on display on a rack or in a cabinet with glass doors.No safety locks for hand guns.People openly carried long rifles on display in racks in trucks.You could order guns from the Sears catalog and have them delivered to your door....

I use acrylic paint and not oil paint, but it's still bad, right? That is probably in the, "well, it kinda depends", category. Rather than issue a value judgement I'll give some information about the science, which may perhaps be used to form a judgement ...
