I recall from reading a paper years ago that a higher incidence of epilepsy is one of the multitude of reasons for the reduced life expectancy in those on the autism spectrum.

I don’t think breasts are innately sexual. People’s perceptions, which are influenced by culture, may be, though. Breasts play a role in sexuality within all cultures, suggesting that it is innate in humans. Western culture might exaggerate the sexuality of human breasts, but that's beside the point.
