Many homeless people often know friends or family somewhere that will help them but not the visible homeless. | I think it should only be allowed with terminal illness that cause a lot of pain. People deciding to go down the euthanasia route because they feel like a burden on their friend and family is my biggest concern. |

But the bar person always cancels it off before you tap your card I don't think the staff are actually seeing this tip money too. That seems likely;... |
