creatine sounds good
it's not that expensive, but i can't afford anything
the side effects don't sound that bad. just frequent urination
but when i stop creatine, things might get much worse.

past two days, it's been so cold (37-63 degrees F) my hands and feet have been frozen in the morning.
i haven't turned on the heat since january 30, 2024. it's been almost one whole year.
good thing i don't live in a colder climate, s**t. |
