| One thing I realize is that when I say things in literal, strictly logical ways, other people tend to think I have hidden meanings or what I have said simply reflect I am in a bad mood instead of what I really mean. |

Go through this list and I think you will be fine:
1. Make sure you get enough sleep, try to sleep and wake up at alarm
2. Eat well
3. Maintain personal and residential hygience
4. Take a walk/exercise/yoga every day
5. Hang out with friends/family/dogs/cats whatever you have

| It really depends on what kind of girls you ask (40 yr old businesswomen vs 20 yr old party goers), what kind of situations you do the asking (inside a bank vs inside a pub), and how attractive (physical, personality, coming-across-as-intelligent) the person asking is. |
