I have watched porn from time to time, but for the most part I find it frustrating because it's hard to find videos that match the imagery in my head. The mental porn I create in my head is almost always better :p

Hello! My name is Chris, I'm 31, and I live near Ann Arbor/Jackson Michigan. It would be awesome to find some local friends - but anywhere in the Midwest would be fine. I like the idea that we could actually meet (without buying plane tickets). I'm very much a "science nerd" - I studied ph...

Just my personal anecdote - I think I experience something similar. It mainly has to do with how comfortable I am with the person I'm conversing with. If I'm weary of them, I tend to have a high pitched voice, if I'm comfortable, it tends to be low pitched. I don't think it's exclusively an autism t...

So a little history...I'm in my early 30s. When I was an adolescent, I was told by psychologists I had an auditory processing disorder. when I was in my mid-20s, my parents told me that I had Asperger's. Recently I did some "snooping" and found my medical records from when I was a child, a...

I do have trouble paying attention during sex. It's like driving... I'm paying enough attention to get the job done (please my partner or get home safely) but it's very hard to live in the moment and not daydream. I find this frustrating too because it kills the feeling of connectedness that I would...

Sex is awesome in my imagination, but rarely is awesome in real life. I mean, it's never been bad or offputting to me, just underwhelming. I think that's largely because of "living in my head"...it makes it hard to feel connected with someone. Funny how much time in my life I've spent thin...

I recently had the opportunity to experiment with LSD. However, I only took a low dose (about half a tab). The most profound effect it had on me was that it changed my mode of thinking (temporarily, while on it). Instead of thinking abstractly, I thought in a sensory way. My thoughts were very, very...

I know it can be dangerous to self-medicate, and this obviously isn't a developed field (yet), but I've been intrigued by "psychedelic therapy" for a while now. But I have not tried it yet. From what I've read, it seems LSD can help some people because it temporarily erases entrenched patt...

So...I'm only 31 and already having trouble staying hard for sex. Thing is, I have no trouble when "playing with myself". So I think the problem is more my inability to stay focused. I feel my mind just doesn't like to "live in the moment". For instance, sometimes when I'm suppos...

This is of course just my opinion, but I think the "right reason" would be that there are too many people in the world. Thinking yourself less worthy to reproduce than the next guy is not the right reason. Humans were a neat species but 7 billion and growing fast? It's getting old guys! Le...

I usually have disclosed my Asperger's diagnosis and in my cases it's gone well, but perhaps because the women I've dated have been "different" enough to find it comforting that I'm "different" too. Your mileage may vary, obviously! My thought is, if you're being yourself, your p...

Figured I'd give this thing a try :) I'm an early 30-something male physicist, from a hand-shaped US state, near the area where transportation devices are made. Tall-ish, look young for my age, in decent shape but not to the point of having a visible six pack (it's gotta be in there somewhere!) I li...

That is a good idea (and I like PDFs since they are usually searchable!) Only problem is that most of the game decisions are spur-of-the-moment rather than planned in advance. I think part of the problem (the reason why my eyes glaze over) is because I'm not that interested in the games. But I'm try...

Does anyone else struggle with learning games? My friend circle is very much into this, and I struggle with it a lot. I consider myself fairly intelligent in some areas (have a degree in Physics) but I feel (and probably come off as) totally stupid when it comes to learning how to play games. I thin...

Hi everyone. I was diagnosed with Asperger's when I was a kid (in the mid-90s). I'm now 31 (male). While I'm not currently in a serious relationship, I've thought a lot about having kids someday, so I'm paranoid that I might have something serious that could be passed down (like a Fragile X pre-muta...
