I was diagnosed several years ago in my early thirties. I wasn’t self diagnosed beforehand but highly suspected it and came to a point that I needed to know. I did a google search of therapists in my area and found one who listed in her profile online that she was familiar with autism. When I went, ... |

To the op.....I don’t think you realize how much time and work it takes to translate, not to mention the years of time and study to become fluent in another language.....there’s a reason why translators ask to be paid for their work, and frankly, to expect someone to ‘volunteer’ to take on a project... |

@ The_Walrus : I use the alarm function on my phone to remind me to do things I know I’ll forget, set it so it also brings up a word or short phrase that tells me what I should be doing on the screen. Could you do the same? Had to experiment with the sound selection to get the sweet spot between ‘a... |

I’m having the same problem as the op, and keep forgetting to eat, except it’s both breakfast and lunch. My routine is to get up an hour before I have to be at work, eat breakfast when I arrive, and then eat lunch with colleagues when they go around the office asking who’s ready for lunch. I can’t ... |

You might try this site: https://pcpartpicker.com/ I'm currently using it to do a build - it's nice because it only shows options for parts that are compatible to what you've already selected, so is especially useful if this is a first-time build. You can also see examples of what others have done -... |

I was wondering if anyone might be able to give some feedback on a build I'm working on. This is my second time I"ll be building a computer, albeit the first time choosing the components myself (a friend designed the build the last time). I'm aiming for a midline gaming/every-day use/some video... |

He's not investigating Hillary because these investigations are not actually about corruption, it's about him trying to smear his potential political rivals for the 2020 bid. Hillary is not running and has dropped mostly out of the political sphere - investigating her would not benefit him. Trump is... |

I don't think anyone has told another person about my autism without me knowing, I but I'd be pretty upset if someone did this - it's something very personal and it is my right to control who I tell/don't tell. |

Umm... is there any point to answering this question anymore? I mean... this IS a thread from 2007, and OP (at least from that account) hasn't been seen since 2009, sooo... Well, it does seem to be a topic of interest to those still here, seeing as about half the posts in the thread are current :) ... |
