| You have to be careful with Ashwagandha, I've had a problem with it before. It does have a powerful effect to increase thyroid hormones - sometimes too powerful. It does seem that Carly's father prevented her from posting anything public as soon as she said something that embarrassed him.
Her family probably dressed it up as being protective.
