| You have to be careful with Ashwagandha, I've had a problem with it before. It does have a powerful effect to increase thyroid hormones - sometimes too powerful. | Well, I seem to be making progress, tests in late January had thyroid hormones back in the normal range. There isn't a cure for Hashomoto's but maybe I've gone into a temporary remission? It does seem that Carly's father prevented her from posting anything public as soon as she said something that embarrassed him.
