I have Complex-PTSD and Acute-PTSD from emotional, physical, psychological, and sexual assault.

Trauma isn't a personality disorder but it's still very hard to cope.

The regular looking table lamps are all really old.
Nothing special - just stuff I got at thrift shops over the years.
Don't spend a fortune.
Second hand is likely better if it has a good cord.
New lampshades are always that ghastly harsh white colour! :evil:
