I feel have read from other people who also like me go through stages in life where they continue to remain single, haven't got married and started a family and so on and have expres...

I keep asking myself and I can never really understand myself as to why I have these worries. I remember as a kid worrying about having a heart attack, then as an early 20 year old having an epileptic seizure (even though I am not epileptic and don't have a family history of epilepsy) which was one ...

One example of this is that there is a local festival which comes around in June near where I live, and nearly all the time I have gone down there, I've never watched any of the parades, dances and stuff that go on there instead I just wander round the shops and places but the thing is seems to attr...

This may sound a bit of a stupid question to ask but I feel I have heard time the sayings used by people like ''live your best life'', ''live life to the full'', ''You haven't lived life until you have done this'' etc. What it seems to conjure up in my head when I hear these sayings is that I by now...

I seem to think I find myself forcing myself to do certain things because I seem to think a lot of other people are doing them but some of those things I don't do. I feel forced even more if I see some other people posting photos of themselves at gyms showing off their muscles for example as it seem...

Even that can be gotten around. People can have things frozen - and thaw it when they are ready. The only thing people really need worry about it making sure that a child is wanted, and cared for as best they can. Anything else is no one else's business. Is the reason why people have children when ...

As for the "well, if you're 30 you're probably never going to have one" remark. That's just not true. Most people are waiting much longer these day than they were in previous generations for purely financial reasons. 1 wage-earner can't support a household these days. While there is some ...

I seem to feel like someone who doesn't work hard enough even though I've been in a job for more than 6 years but I only do a 10 hour contract. I seem to think other people my age or younger do much more work than I do and have more contented lives than me because they maybe have a dream job or care...

It really depends on the person saying "get on with it" and their relationship with the person its being said to. As long as its not you saying it, I wouldn't worry about it. A 30 year old woman can stand up for herself. You still have plenty of time to worry about your own future as far ...

I remember watch a debate which was discussing on whether it is right or wrong for an older woman to start having children. I personally believe it should be up to the woman to decide whether or not she wants a child and that shouldn't be anyone else's business to force them and that does kind of ir...

I feel glad that I live in a part of the world that is tolerant and gives people the right to express their opinions and has the freedom to do as they please but I am well aware that there maybe some people still out there who are racist, homophobic, transphobic, the list goes on and we do still som...

I haven't really got a phobia of having a heart attack and I do not even feel really that I have something wrong with me right now that must go and see a doctor like a hypochondriac would do but I sometimes have these thoughts thinking that even though I'm fit and healthy right now, years down the l...

I don't know but earlier I kind of thought to myself in one of those moods, if there were no places such as clubs and places like that, no adverts (commercials) for holidays abroad, theme parks, sports or gyms. I'd feel better knowing that probably more people are like me nearly always at home on a ...

I've probably explained before about my frustration about having few friends and about where to go to meet new people. But I seem to think I find myself to not wanting to go to some of these places (such as pubs, charity shops, community hubs etc) because quite a lot of the people there are either m...
