Both. Outside of my home, I'm shy and quiet and I don't talk to many people. I even blush easily. I also feel mentally drained after long periods of having to be around people. Been like this since I was 12.

Your sister sounds very immature and like she has an overall lack of understanding about how to treat other people. I'm very sorry that she treats you like this and I hope that she matures soon. Do your parents come to your defense at all, or just allow her to treat you like that? I had some proble...

I sure hope this isn't true because I don't wanna do social distancing forever. Even though I'm a shy introvert, I like going out when I have the opportunity to. Because of the pandemic, all of my clubs at university became virtual and virtual events are so boring because they're under stimulating w...

I was very blessed with the brother I have, and I thank G-d every day for him. He's 5 years older than me and has always been protective of me. I always feel safe when I'm with him, if I have a rough day, talking to him on the phone makes me feel at ease. I'm there for him to, when he's had a rough...

Do you and your NT siblings get along well or not? For example, me and my NT younger sister don't have the best relationship. We often bicker because she has a bad habit of saying or doing stupid or mean things just to make me angry since she gets a kick out of it. I respond by yelling at her to shu...

My younger sister bullies me by purposely trying to make me angry by touching me with her feet, mocking me (mimicking everything I say in a stupid voice), laughing at everything that I do or say, threatening me if I don't do her favors that she could easily do herself, yelling at me, swearing at me,...

When I think of incels, I think of men that are misogynistic, horny and super perverted freaks that like raping any woman who doesn't sleep with them and treating women like property and sex objects. Hate inches. They're the worst.

I'm not sure if this counts but when I was 18 (almost 21 now), my on and off boyfriend/best friend forced me to get naked and show him my intimate parts (breasts, vagina & buttocks) when I really didn't want to. While forcing me to do it, he wasn't threatening me or being aggressive but he was b...

I'm autistic and I have a really short temper. It's not that hard to make me angry. Here are some things that trigger my short temper: people cursing at me, being yelled at, people raising their voices at me, being criticized about my clothing or interests, being teased, loud noises, having my hair ...

Same here. Most of the time, I wear jeans, t-shirts, Adidas sweatpants/sweatshirts, hoodies, track suits, soccer shorts, sneakers, crocs flip flops and baseball caps.

I'm shy about being naked in front of other since my younger sister made fun of my body when I was 10 or 11  . When I'm changing after a shower, I do it with my towel covering my whole body so that I'm not seen by anyone. Ugh I'm sorry. I don't know why people think it's okay to ridicule othe...

When it comes to public restrooms and getting dressed in public, I'm definitely embarrassed by those things. Urinals don't apply to me since I'm female, but I do get shy in public restrooms (especially if there's any people in there). If I need to take a #2, I either wait till everyone leaves or do ...

Yes and no because I know that there are lots of extremely girly women on the spectrum who love dressing up, wearing the latest trends, make up, doing their nails, getting their hair done and wearing perfume, some that care about fashion but aren't obsessed with it and are more down to earth and oth...

I think it's from 13 to 19 years old. Anything younger than 13 is a child and anything older than 19 is an adult.

That's quite common for people on the spectrum. Even though I'm 20 years old, I still relate to teenagers in many ways: I'm too scared to drive, I constantly think people are judging me (I have social phobia), I prefer graphic t shirts over plain ones, I like anime and manga, I like sleeping late, I...
