I’ve been going to piano lessons for a bit over a year and a half. I have definitely improved now as compared to before when a I use to only play by ear, but I have noticed that when it comes to coordinating my hands, I’m still quite behind. I know that many people with Aspergers, myself included, h...

I know exactly what you mean. I don’t think I’m acting abnormally or inappropriately at all, but somehow I still manage to give off some sort of “offish” vibe that weirds out some people who don’t know me well. I think it’s down to small mannerisms that I haven’t well polished enough to “pass normal...

I like going out to run around my neighbourhood at 6 am when it’s still dark and the streets are still empty. I don’t know how your joints respond to running, but if you are comfortably capable of it, maybe give it a try? I personally like listening to music while I work out, but since you want to h...

I don’t really like fighting games (mostly because I’m rubbish at them), but SBU is pretty good. I haven’t played much and get defeated most of the time, but it’s captivating enough to make me want to play it more.

I'm not certain that it's a gender thing, but in my experience from and from my observations, jocks tend to overwhelmingly bully guys more. My theatre class is full of jocks. A few are decent people, but most are utter asses. Back when I took theatre in middle school, the class was also full of jock...

I currently have four projects (two for AP French, one for chemistry, and one for algebra II) and will get assigned another one for AP world history on Monday. My French teacher is utterly obsessed with projects and hands them out at any opportunity, we get assigned a project once a month for AP wor...

Most people with ASD also have ADHD (I believe the percentage is 70%). I mostly struggle with executive functioning and getting distracted easily when I'm bored.

It's quite common among people with Asperger's/Autism. The opposite happens to me though, I tend to remember most faces pretty well.

I suppose that I am agnostic, but I do follow Buddhism as a philosophy. I was technically raised in a non practicing Catholic household but my parents were quite interested in Buddhism and we practiced that more instead. What I like about Buddhism is that there is no god or worshipping involved and ...

Depends on the class. 90% of the time I'm the first one to turn in history quizzes to the point that I sometimes feel self conscious about taking too little time on them. I take a bit longer on maths tests because I always make sure to check my work as much as I can, but I'm generally not the last. ...

I get that it's a bit of an obscure band that's really only known for "Video Killed the Radio Star", and plenty of people don't even know they wrote that, but is anyone else a fan? They were a legitimately good band. Sure, they were short lived and only made two albums, but I love them and...

I understand that you are not refering to specifically individuals like me, a pro-choice person who is vegan primarily because of the environmental impact of the animal industry, but I will explain my pov: -Unlike an animal, a zygote doesn't have the ability to feel pain or any sentience -For the mo...

Yes! It’s generally my go to music whenever I am doing homework or revising. Chopin is excellent; for my last birthday I invited a few friends and for a while all we did was eat dinner quietly with Chopin playing on the background (it was very awkward, eventually my mum told me to switch the music t...

I’m vegan and gluten intolerant and it’s not that hard. For breakfast I generally have fruit and toast or if I have time I’ll occasionally make gf and vegan waffles/pancakes or tofu scramble. For lunch and dinner 90% of the time I have either gf pasta with tomato sauce (both store bought items are g...

I’m a high school student who is currently having a lot of difficulties in English class. Like the rest of my classes it is a gifted and talented class, and though I’ve genrally had a decent grade on it (high B or low A), it has always been my worst subject. Last term I surprised myself by ending wi...
