life is like a dream..... except , seems i get to live the real life nightmare parts, sometimes
get have a good one occassionally .Maybe if could remember. the nicer ones more often. |

| Generally have read in a few places , that as relationships mature . The concept of Eros love vs Agape love . Concept of maturation of loving relationships .. but occassional . And am sure on many occassion that both parties . May not have matured in the relationship at the same time . Or a healthy ... |

Was using instant mushroom coffee ....tomake ice coffee ,add a little sweetener and maybe cream,
plenty of ice , shake well. not bad tasting .
Unhappy about being kinda hyper sensative to caffiene ...  |

Very good info to learn about , differences in areas of the brain that identify music and lyrics,
versus normal speech . Have read that alzheimer patients seem to recall music from their youth and become more alert when played back to them. |

ugh .. another hot one today ..... Over 98 degrees with the humidity , News says it will feel like 107F
Nice but last time it got like this , My Car thermometer read outside temperature at 103F.
Guess yard work may wait one more day .. |

| when possibly everyday after i have been up for more than 4-6 hours , always try to lay down for 20 mins. Seems to make a difference !. Doc wanted me to address stress by taking a tranquiler everyday. And not just to go to sleep. But not fond of going through life tranquilized . And probably not a g... |

| Using up all my spoons almost every single day, it seems just to get through life. Plumbers in the house everyday for several days this week ..on top of regular,stuff..trying very hard to keep up with grocery shopping. And just daily stuff. Actually had a thought to try to go back to driving work . ... |
