Dogs have owners; cats have staff.

Having said that, I love both. However I prefer dogs, due to the fact that I'm highly allergic to cats.

After 2 Goldens and 1 Flatty, I currently have my 3rd and 4th IWS: aka the clowns of gun dogs.

I didn't go through your entire post history. But I see you feel there are too many junk areas where people just chat and play games and not enough autism talk. 64 posts; not that many. So you call it "play games". Sorry, as an Aspie I can't recognise that. I mean literal games like the 5...

I think I can get where you are coming from AugustD - with the exception of your impression that the mods don't seem to do much. I spend a large number of hours every week on moderation tasks, most days, and the mods are much busier behind the scenes than may seem apparent to you. As volunteers the...

We're four weeks onwards from my first posting here. In the meantime I've seen more aggressive, intimidating and hurting postings from "funny" guys than supporting, empathic, uplifting from understanding WP-ers. Tagging someone as a foe doesn't seem to affect anything. Further to this, mod...

To date, reports showed no effect.

I appreciate it. FYI, you're quoting me, not Pepe. Can you correct it?

Maybe, if someone seems fair-minded, and all of a sudden changes in response to you, perhaps it’s YOU who are the problem. Just looking at the overall tenor of your posts, you seem like someone who is very full of yourself, and you often have a mocking attitude toward the other posters. Thank you. ...

Separated but neighbours? That's a bit different... and very interesting. I can see how that might help with AS issues, as in, having plenty of alone time but also social support. Would you like to tell us more? Somewhat similar here. (Sorry for the delay replying; joined WP only a week ago or so)....

I divorced after 25 year in my first marriage. We drifted apart. After that I met an NT woman I fell madly in love with, which was mutual. Another 11 years onwards (8 years ago) I became badly depressed due to a number of reasons. Another 4 years later I had this mind blowing eye opener that my wife...

Maybe it's just me, being a newbie here, thinking that there is a lot going on. Having said that, there's a lot of sh*t threads as well (stupid games and fake news).Yet, raison d'être (autism) is not widely utilised. So from my perspective, yes it's up for improvement.

If the USA would have a different polling system, such as Proportional Representation (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proportional_representation), Trump wouldn't be at the helm at all. That also goes for other countries where FPP election system is applied. Even in the UK Boris Johnson could be PM w...

I mean seriously, what is it with Trump's fixation on dictators like Putin, Kim Jong Un, Xi Jingpin, and Erdagon? And better yet why does he continue alienate our REAL allies? I believe without a doubt that he admires the power that dictators hold over their countries and he himself wants to become...
