you need to report this to a doctor and get it checked out, it could be a sign of trouble that they can track down and treat. Really bad head aches can be pretty serious.

do be careful! don't send him money if he suddenly has a family crisis, doesn't have the cost of tickets, etc etc. On line relationships can be "not what you think" sometimes. Best wishes
