I began to suspect I might be autistic about age 64 and was professionally diagnosed at age 68, I am 70 now and so have had just 2 years to sort the previous 68. Something tells me I have acquired a lifelong hobby(special interest). Knowing about my autism after all these years has really helped me ... |

I think many of my family members have been (deceased ones) or are (siblings, cousins, other living relatives) autistic. It really explains a lot! |

probably depends on the individual and the definition of "bad mood". Rage, Distress, Frustration, Anxiety, and so many other feelings can be included in the term "bad mood" Better to drive when feeling calm and clear headed under any circumstances. Self care always first. |
