using decaf helped my anxiety levels a lot! in some of the brands, you can't even tell by the taste that its decaf! Try it and see if it helps!

is it possible you simply ran your water heater out of hot water because of using it frequently. Is it possible the water heater is broken? Is it possible that you or your land lord forgot to pay the bill? Hope you got it working again!

there is no scale, just things we are good at and not so good at, be the best YOU you can be, don't compare yourself to any body else, better or worse, stronger weaker, etc is self destructive.
