Autism doesn't determine political views.

The likelyhood of getting good Autism care under one party or another might influence thinking to a certain extent, but it doesn't normally overrule every other policy / topic / concern.

A "full English" takes time to prepare, so those saying "oooh I can't eat first thing" have nothing to fear. It won't be "first thing" by the time it's cooked. Fried bread, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, black pudding, baked beans, and some form of egg (scrambled, poached,...

She knew the consequences of illegal activity and chose to risk it...now she's facing the consequences and its a shock? I guess the "do you know who I am?" and or "but I'm a cheerleader" defenses didn't work. So I guess you didn't read the bit where the defence said the cannabis...

Changes of leadership outside of a general election are interesting, as the parties sometimes go for the candidate they'd really like irrespective of whether they'd be vote-winners. It's an opportunity to temporarily get more extreme people into power than the electorate might otherwise tolerate, an...

You've introduced the word "severe" now. That's not what your thread title said, and it's that title I'm debating. Define "severe". My point is that many people suffer from isolated bouts of anxiety and depression, but because they don't recur or become part of a wider pattern th...

I haven't got the time to work through the whole list, but certainly with anxiety and depression many people experience these to an extent / duration that's disruptive, but it doesn't keep happening or get severe enough that they're considered to be atypical i.e. non-NT. It could be argued that such...

So, by the above definitions, Franz is correct: A person with major mental health issues is not NT. Show me where the OP specified "major" mental health issues? That's my precise problem with the premise here - it's all encompassing. And plenty of NTs go through periods of depression and ...

I remember reading once that newborns don't have any observation and experience filters. They process all information they encounter as being of exactly the same importance. Then, over time, they learn to filter out a lot of humdrum information in order to focus on what's new, urgent, important or p...

Well, "Cacala Harris," the death toll is proof that COVID19 is real. And refrigeration trucks painted to look like ambulances by the right's favorite bogeyman, George Soros? I sincerely doubt there's any legitimate evidence for that. I'm a Protestant (a Lutheran to be exact), and my churc...

Will Smith has made plenty of jokes about the appearances of others, over the years.

So if humour based on looks is "dense" they're both in the same category there.

I don't like it when one person has a monopoly over something like Tw!tter. There is potential for considerable abuse of free speech. Agreed. And biased censorship, as there is with Sucka*urd and Facebook. I'm not convinced FB censorship is biased, it seems to be equally fussy and illogic...
