I prefer glasses to contacts for the same reason. And having worn glasses for 46 years now, I sort of feel naked without them.

Your above a restaurant? Have you checked the place out yet? Also, awesome that it's not noisy from that. Could you hear the music from the hall? I've eaten them. Overall I'd say it was always a good experience. I'm not sure that I'd do it again though; I'd be afraid that it might trigger my anxiety which is pretty much under control these days. I also haven't done them in like 20 years either.

I live in MA...of course I've done candlepin! I don't really like it, but I've done it with the kids who were dying to try it. No, I'm a ten pin bowler through and through.
