Is there any other adults who were diagnosed with reactive attachment disorder? How do you work through that and is there any support groups online just for this disorder?

Lately I’ve been feeling extremely fatigued and tired, want to sleep more and just don’t have much energy. Haven’t had the energy to take a shower in over a week and barely eating breakfast. I don’t know if it’s autistic burnout or dysthymic disorder. Any thoughts?

Has anyone else had issues with sticky/clammy skin? I think when mine gets clammy, the pain on my skin gets worse? Any advice?
