Lately I’ve been feeling extremely fatigued and tired, want to sleep more and just don’t have much energy. Haven’t had the energy to take a shower in over a week and barely eating breakfast. I don’t know if it’s autistic burnout or dysthymic disorder. Any thoughts? |

Is there ways you can still have candy, maybe candies with less sugar in them, that way I still get that sweetness without too much sugar? |

Is anyone else with autism severely sensitive to elastic on their clothes or undergarments. So painful, trying to figure out a way to make the pain go down and what to do about it. |
