What are some good suggestions for a diet for a person with autism who has gut health diet. I’m extremely sensitive to spice, like sweets, like chips and crackers to chew on. Lately I’ve been feeling extremely fatigued and tired, want to sleep more and just don’t have much energy. Haven’t had the energy to take a shower in over a week and barely eating breakfast. I don’t know if it’s autistic burnout or dysthymic disorder. Any thoughts?

Has anyone else had issues with sticky/clammy skin? I think when mine gets clammy, the pain on my skin gets worse? Any advice?

Is anyone else with autism severely sensitive to elastic on their clothes or undergarments. So painful, trying to figure out a way to make the pain go down and what to do about it.
