Doesn't most gossip and rumour mills occur without the subject of the gossip knowing about it? Either way, I wouldn't have noticed or cared.

Yes. Though it is often the case that sexual fantasy never matches the reality. Unfortunately, I've not met any people with the empathy to understand that. They are all infected by the unrealistic expectations generated by pornography and depictions of sex and love from tv and film. People gather to...

I'm a gay man but feel the same way. It's because people rarely ever talk about sex seriously and always resort to joking about it. It used to be common to do so in school and it seems to be one of the schoolyard "banter" that passes into adulthood. However, I never have felt comfortable a...

A funny film. 'Being There' seems to me a satire of how very ignorant and naive people can end up in very prominent positions in society.

Last night was watching these podcasts done by Brett cooper reacting to different videos. One of which was a guy asking different members of different ages about the pros and cons of having kids and why many people in the states are having less kids. I remember one woman who was 39 saying she still...

I'm a few years older than you but still share your frustration of feeling like you don't fit in. I attend a few local groups that are for people on the autism spectrum. There is a walking group, a pub meetup, a board gaming session and a few online talks that are held every month. However, I tend t...

What’s wrong with postmodernism? Specifically, I mean, not just “it’s loathsome” or “it’s lunacy”. I feel like basically everyone today has, knowingly or otherwise, incorporated some postmodernism into their worldview. It’s inescapable. The idea that two people could hear the same sentence and come...

There is definitely an "manosphere" (as much as I despise recent postmanteau verbiage). Although I think that people within the orbit of "The manosphere" are people who are more likely to be isolated and have no purpose, therefore latch on to anything that provides them with some...

Wondering what reason there are to play SimCity (4 or 5) Beyond looking at pretty buildings, what is there to the game? I always enjoyed playing Sim City, however: In Sim city 4 I always ended up bankrupt and something always went wrong which resulted in me feeling frustrated and unable to want to ...

The fact that they are churning out sequel after sequel and remake after remake for the past couple of decades is far more convincing than radical rightwing invective about "woke activism".

I prefer using duckduckgo, a search engine that doesn't track you. Using google is akin to someone looking over your shoulder as you are surfing the web.

What you all seem to be overlooking is the inherent weakness of community within LGBTQ groups. There's an assumption that all LGBTQs have something in common with each other which is fictitious. Also, there's alot of insular group think cliques who live in a self-imposed and self-validating bubble w...
