Height: 6', 5-1/2"
Weight: About 215 pounds.
I checked the height on the morning of my 55th birthday, in December.
I hadn't checked (accurately) since I was about 31. Turns out I've lost about a quarter-inch since then.
I may have been under 180 pounds a year ago, during a near-fatal illness. |
