| Another thing they used to do on some really big engines was to have a short line of soldiers who would push a blade through and then get back in line. This was to distribute oil in the engine before starting. Push a blade through? Can I assume that means a line of soldiers would rotate a propellor... |

If the noise had been evident in particular directions I would expect a detect portal spell has become entangled with an "unhide".
I'd suggest a #7 detangler and stick to standard reveals |
