I don't know what you are trying to ask. If they have all girls, then they can buy a lot of pretty dresses and paint the nursery pink, if they want to. If they have all boys, they can paint it blue. But children are wonderful whether girls or boys. |

50% of sperm carry an X chromosome that results in girl babies, and 50% of sperm carry a Y chromosome that makes a boy baby.
Autistic people make sperm and eggs just like everyone else, so they make girl and boy babies just like everyone else. |
