Posted a video about that. Yeah those people are jerks. People act like it's the homeschooling that made him lack social cues. It's fairly obvious to me he's an aspie. Here is a video that shows more about him and his other interests. Also shows that he isn't caged up indoors. Can you please post t... |

I think many aspies have fears of presenting in front of a public. Just do it and don't worry. You'll find that it really isn't that bad. Or at least whenever I was afraid of doing something in front of others, I would think about how it doesn't really matter what they think of me and they don't und... |

If you don't know him, he is this high school age teen who won the Scripps National Spelling Bee and has also participated in the International Mathematical Olympiad. There are videos online about people interviewing him after his spelling bee competition and many people seem to really view him as r... |

It would be easier to help if you gave specific examples. But why don't you take small steps like trying to do things that are slightly out of your routine but still very similar. If I were in your position, I would just leap forward and do something totally different. Make it a goal to change yours... |

Where is this university? If it's in an english speaking country, then I would suspect that those chinese and japanese students are not native to that place. Don't be shy and just try approaching them whether they are in groups or alone. I don't think they will try to exclude you. You'll eventually ... |

There are times when I was not at home when I wanted to have the privacy that I enjoy at home but I never wished to be home in order to be close to family or familiar places. |

Does anyone lie for no reason at all or for inconsequential purposes? Sometimes I find myself lying just to find something to say. Other times I might be talking about something and just add a half-lie in the conversation to make it seem more interesting. I'm not the type that demands attention but ... |
