| I have an employee who is doing a terrible mess of her job. The problem is she thinks she is doing a great job and helping everyone. Is there a good way to talk to her? Distorted self-perception in anyone causes major communication problems. |

| Thank you folks for your comments. I know healing from a NARC will take time and work. Right now though I just hurt. I want to go away some where, where there are no people. |

| I am really not a name caller, It is not something I would do. However, I am working on learning how not to let her push my buttons. It is seeing her bully other people at work that is unpleasant to witness. |
