Thank you everyone for your good wishes. This is so heart-warming to me. I hope this serves as an inspiration for others to give it a try and that others will benefit too.

carlos55 thank you for your advise. I will keep that in mind. Luckily I'm currently way under the max limit of B6 intake.

Ok, so. A user here on WP mentioned the neurotransmitter glutamate as the culprit for autism. I decided to search a bit on the subject and there seems to be some substantial research that positively correlates a dissbalance between glutamate levels and GABA levels with autism. Then surprisingly eno...

Dengashinobi, That is great!! I am so happy for you! Unfortunately, those supps didn't work for me in that way, but I am thrilled that they are helping you. I do take magnesium and Bvitamins regularly though because they do help me be healthy in other ways. But I am really happy for you. Th...

Those two things seem unlikely to do any harm. Safe upper limit for B6 is said to be 100mg/day. It's 350mg/day for magnesium, with a warning or two about certain drug interactions, chiefly biphosphonates and antibiotics. https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Magnesium-Consumer/ Good if you're doing bet...

The 19th century German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche predicted the moral crisis that would follow his notion of "the death of God", that is Christianity and other religions becoming unbelievable because of the achievements of science. This moral crisis was materialised subsequently with...

There is hope bro. I know you are in a bad place right now. I've been there many times, for most of my life. But there is always a way out and the possibility to live a fulfilling life. Just never stop trying. One day, who knows, you might achieve that silly thing called happiness. Believe me, this ...

I don't see anything particularly debunking here. The accusation is that he implemented antidoxing policies, he banned Kanye West for twitting some crazy s**t about Nazis and Jews, he had frictions with two journalists and with competitors. Doesn't sound that horrific to me. Just scavenging for what...

Aspies can be nice but it's difficult to be nice when you have social blindness. Sooner or later you are going to step on someone and hurt that person.

I've been asked why I think that postmodernism is a cult and I've stated that it's methodology is a priori contrary to empirical. I believe this is a clear enough statement. It can't get more explicit than this. Also about Marxism, you can try to whitewash it's inherent flaws and incitement for divi...

I know very well that what was implemented, and still is being implemented in some places, is called Marxism-Leninism. Which was Lenin's interpretation of Marx's work. Still though, how is it possible that such an immense evil like Marxism-Leninism was inspired by Marxism, if Marxism is indeed such ...

Defending Marxism, Libertarianism, or Fascism is extremely offensive to me. Is it though? Did Libertarianism cause the extreme suffering of billions of people all arround the world like fascism and Marxism did? I don't like modern Liberals but I am not offended by them because they did not cause th...
