This is the fourth year of playing golf as an adult. There is the inevitable decline over the winter when I don't practice but it is quite evident that I'm getting better every year. At the beginning I was just worried about making contact with the ball. Then I was able to work on quality ball firs...

Went to the gym. Avoided doing lunges because I always end up with sore thighs afterwards. Gone up a weight level for biceps. :)

Upper right abdomen pain may be gallbladder issues.

Anyway, I hope it can be fixed.

I use nail scissors to cut my toenails (after a shower because then they're softer) and clippers and a file for my fingernails.

In 2012, I was in my Mum's loungeroom when I suddenly coughed up a whole lot of stomach acid. That was the start of GERD for me. Since then I have gained a lot of weight due to medication and I'm pretty sure that's made things worse for me. Though if I take esomeprazole before breakfast every mornin...

Not a bad time as such, but when we'd all get up and mingle after the meeting, I got left out. I'd end up just eating some of the food available and then leaving. One time we had a games meeting where people brought games to play with others. I brought Uno and for once I was popular. It all reverted...

When I was very young, I had a newborn cry longer than it was usual. I was very difficult to get to feed baby food, it made me sick. I also used to gaze at my hands in front of my face (I still do this sometimes, it calms me).

Thank you. :)

I don't think I broke my toes. It's just over a week later and they're still bruised but I'm able to walk normally. I'm now extra careful about handling loose weights, heh.

Went to the gym as is usual for a Tuesday morning. Managed to drop a 5kg weight on two of the toes on my left foot. Limped around the gym for the rest of the session. Got home and had a look. Little toe is purple and the toe next to it is red. I don't know if they're broken and I don't think I'll bo...

Me too. At the moment, volunteering for 11 hours a week is my limit. I used to also work as a cleaner for 3 hours a week but the place closed down in February. Working full time now would be out of the question.

When I was in my early twenties, I was at an employment conference and was seated at a round table with people I didn't know (and who didn't know each other). We were told to make up groups of four. Instantly the other four at the table made up their group, leaving me out. How did they know how to d...

I have a weird ache in my right shoulder and down the arm. I'm scared in case it's a heart attack. I've had this pain before, a few years ago, so I'm hoping it's just nothing. I don't have pains anywhere else, only down my right arm, and they come and go. They're dull aches. I had trouble swallowin...

I actually think I might have a broken rib I'm gonna monitor the situation but I doubt there's very much that can be done anyway Often there's nothing that can be done for a broken rib. Sometimes it will be taped but I don't know what that does. How did you do it? I broke a rib near my sternum year...

I was in the city, heading towards the train station, when an old homeless guy in a wheelchair yelled out to me (there were plenty of people around, I don't know why he picked me) asking if I would push him to the train station. I was going there anyway, so I thought why not. So once we were near th...

Wow is that old electric shock thing I didn't even know they still did that Electro-convulsive therapy. Yeah, they still do it, though it's improved a lot since they first started doing it. I lost a year's worth of memory when I had it, but nowadays memory loss is minimal. That's a pretty bad injur...

I'm childfree. My three sisters have all had kids, my twin had 3 of them. From an early age she always had dolls and gravitated towards anyone that had a baby. I was the complete opposite. I'm happy to have had no children but I do sometimes wonder who'll look after me when I'm old and need the care.
