I walked outside again for 30 min. I am doing the bare minimum these days. I expect results in my professional life. I do not like living where I live - well the weather specifically. It will be -27 tomorrow morning and -29 on the weekend. Brutally cold. I'd like to have a stationary bike to do that...

Centrist or right of centre.
Left on some issues but right on others.

Yes, I did a bit of walking today. Total distance maybe 4km.
I used to run/jog more but this winter I've cut back significantly.

If there is any medication I am interested in, it's a medication that probably hasn't hit the market yet. Something to prolong the human lifespan. I want to live as long as I can. There are pharmaceutical companies that research gene editing. That to me is fascinating. I'm 40 now. I have so much tha...

I'm the same age as you and received a diagnosis at the age of 33. I was bouncing around from job to job and was quite unhappy in the work I was doing. I had been a professional musician though at that point I was working in entry level jobs. I can relate to the isolation. I am also a creative thoug...

I'm beginning to realize that I really do need to be on anxiety medication. My body is in constant fight or flight mode. I have panic attacks lying down in bed many nights. I notice Ativan definitely helps. I definitely need medication probably for life unfortunately. I just hope I can find the rig...

Yes .....beware , unless you have a very "solid"case, hopefully with witnesses? Hopefully your lawyer will work on pro bono , or a commission basis . Evil trick in Litigations ...is to out spend resources than the other guy.... Not intending to discourage any lawsuite, especially against t...

I have some idea of what might happen if I file suit. Immediately the police's lawyers will try to file for dismissal on the basis of it being more than 2 years ago. I'll say 'Hold on, here is my autism diagnosis, I have a disability and under the law the 2 years does not apply' Then they'll probabl...

Thank-you, and I am well aware that the 'system' is designed to protect law enforcement. It is very rare to file suit agains the police and win where I'm from. I am not an American. I'm a Canadian. I think I may even act as a self represented litigant. No one knows the case as I do. If I do hire cou...

I've spoken to a number of lawyers and most have advised against litigation. The 2 year statute of limitations has passed for the incident I would be suing about. In happened on March 7, 2021. I have the footage of the incident: https://imgur.com/a/7LRFeCC The law does allow for the statute of limit...

Some people are very foolish and don't understand what certain dictators do - or just don't care because it hasn't personally affected them. Some ignorant people admire putin who is an evil war criminal. Some of these people have children of their own. Do they care that Russia has abducted 20 thousa...

I certainly do, but there are court costs you are responsible for
as a plaintiff. If you lose the case, you have to pay the court costs
of the defendant. I am somewhat hesitant to file a suit until I'm
in a more comfortable position.

I may begin a suit against the police department for a criminal assault I experienced.

People rarely win against the police but I like my chances.

I also find myself happier when I get basic things done. I.e. Laundry done, apartment vacuumed and floors cleaned. Important grocery items stocked - i.e. milk, fruits/vegetables. When my laundry isn't done, my apartment hasn't been cleaned and I'm low on important groceries, it bothers me. Fortunate...

I have some trauma surrounding death and think I need to find a good therapist to process it with. I found out my cholesterol on Friday is high at 244. It's been scaring me some. I need to make some changes but it's hard when you just aren't used to eating certain foods. I've had those issues since...
