| I walked outside again for 30 min. I am doing the bare minimum these days. I expect results in my professional life. I do not like living where I live - well the weather specifically. It will be -27 tomorrow morning and -29 on the weekend. Brutally cold. I'd like to have a stationary bike to do that... |

Yes, I did a bit of walking today. Total distance maybe 4km.
I used to run/jog more but this winter I've cut back significantly. |

| I'm beginning to realize that I really do need to be on anxiety medication. My body is in constant fight or flight mode. I have panic attacks lying down in bed many nights. I certainly do, but there are court costs you are responsible for
as a plaintiff. If you lose the case, you have to pay the court costs
of the defendant. I am somewhat hesitant to file a suit until I'm
in a more comfortable position. |

| I also find myself happier when I get basic things done. I.e. Laundry done, apartment vacuumed and floors cleaned. Important grocery items stocked - i.e. milk, fruits/vegetables. When my laundry isn't done, my apartment hasn't been cleaned and I'm low on important groceries, it bothers me. Fortunate... |
