May I be more specific and list cities I'd like to live in? I'd choose either New York City or Boston, both cities I loved. Of course you can! (I realise you may have asked a rhetorical question there). New York City does sound nice. I have never really considered Boston. Boston is amazing, especia...

Part Of My World by Jodi Benson, who voiced Ariel in Disney's The Little Mermaid

- It's a very fascinating account of the actress' life, from her beginnings in Broadway to how she landed the role of Ariel to her continued activities.

The Shining by Stephen King

- Self-explanatory

Agreed. Sometimes I believe all rappers are terrible people. Male rappers encourage boys to be pimps and drug-dealers, and female rappers encourage girls to be strippers and prostitutes.

That sounds like something not to take personally, your ex isn't feeling good right now due to sinking into a depression and facing some major problems of his own that are beyond your control. He's also making it clear that he's putting a distance between the two of you and doesn't want any more co...

So I ran into my ex and his roommate at a bar a couple months ago and it did not go well. For context, my ex and I were together for a year (plus two and a half months if you count the initial getting to know each other phase) and it was a good relationship until he fell into depression and financia...

Thanks, everybody! I actually have an update. I ran into my ex and his roommate at a bar a couple months ago. My ex was not happy to see me. When I tried to hug him, he just said, "I'm good." When I asked him how he was doing, he replied, "I'm alive. That's about it." After that,...

How about showing a little empathy? Elections have f***ing consequences. You're not the only one who has rights riding on these elections, I'm just a little bit more prepared to do something in defense of mine beyond trying to guilt trip people online about their political choices. Encountering peo...

I might as well join this thread, too. My posts and threads barely ever get any replies, so I feel like I might as well be talking to myself most of the time.

I relate to this. It's very hard for me to get over breakups & people I've developed feelings for. There may be an OCD component for me but treating my OCD with a med helps my OCD in other ways but has no effect on this. I was very obsessed with my 1st ex till I got in my 2nd relationship 8 yea...

I still hold a grudge against everybody who didn't vote for her. I don't mind making your sh*t list. She was a crappy candidate, so saying I should have voted for her certainly puts you on mine. 8) If you're unsatisfied then produce a better candidate or run for office yourself. If that smug, my-sh...

I have Disney+. I love it for all the nostalgic stuff they have that I used to love as a child. I also occasionally watch newer stuff like Star Wars or documentaries.
