Those phrases he said seem to be typical of someone who wants to let you down gently. He might not be intending on going back to you. He might be worried about leading you on Descartes. Plus if his mental health is extremely bad, he might worry how he'd react if you two were to message for a bit. I...

Long time, no see, everyone! I've been a little depressed over a recent breakup. About a month ago my boyfriend of one year and I broke up. He had been struggling in his life for several months, and as a result he became depressed and withdrawn. He stopped wanting to do anything and he didn't text a...

. . . maybe dog lovers are more vocal about their love for dogs than cat lovers of their love for cats? Maybe dog lovers are more vocal because they have to be.  The worst I have ever known a housecat to do is scratch someone for pulling its tail.  Dogs, however . . .  Dog Sitter ‘Permanently, Cata...

I feel, as a cat person, that cats aren't nearly as appreciated in Western society as much as dogs are (I don't mean for this to be a cats vs. dogs debate, btw). Sure, cat memes and videos are popular on the Internet; and there have been famous celebrity cats such as Grumpy Cat and Li'l Bub, but in ...

So...which states are going to follow suit just like TX and PA regarding basic civil liberties? :x Every red state, because Republicans are as*holes. I'm thinking "red states" that have strong GOP leaders that enjoy manipulating constituents. "Your lives may be miserable and your wag...

At this point, the GOP should just rebrand themselves the "Mean-Spirited as*holes of America" Party. F***ing pricks. A central Pennsylvania borough is poised to become the first municipality to repeal anti-discrimination safeguards that protect residents against discrimination based on the...

The Republican Party has become a grave threat to democracy, human rights, the environment, and modern society in general and they either need serious reform or to go extinct. I won't hold my breath for either. Hah, that's about the least controversial opinion you could have around here, it's pract...

You've move the goal posts to another issue with a straw man argument. Peter has a very rich friend and a job with insurance. Pay a penny a month and it goes away, file bankruptcy, lots of ways to get around to paying the bill. It's not exactly a good thing to have to file bankruptcy over a medical...
