Then he'd stick his paw up to my plate and I'd yell at him, "I CAN STILL SEE YOU!"

yes me too...I love my cat and find him really easy to interperet. Not so much humans though. My favorite thing is when he's stalking something. His pupils get really dialated, his ears flatten and he'll move his mouth really fast to make this kind of clicking noise. Then he starts to duck and slow...

I am absolutely better at communicating/reading body language with animals than people. I pick up on a lot of things everyone else misses. While I was training to be a veterinary technician, I would always notice things about the animals. If an animal was sick or injured, I would just watch it for a...

I have to disagree with veterinary assistant being mentioned. It is a highly people-oriented job. Just like nursing. You'd have to deal with a new person every ten minutes. And you have to be able to explain everything to them - what the lab tests are and why do them, why they should vaccinate, what...

Dopey because he is nonverbal and lacks common sense

Doc because he is a 'professor' but is echolalic and the other dwarfs put words in his mouth.

What do you mean? That is so sad. I'm sure your family loves you.

Wow, I am leaning more towards not wanting to take ADs. I actually had a pretty good day. My mood seems highly responsive to caffeine. If I drink coffee or soda in the morning, I feel pretty normal and chatty. When I don't get caffeine, I can barely speak but it's not because I'm tired. I've actuall...

Weight gain wouldn't be such a bad thing. I've always been thin, and due to stress and poverty, I've lost about ten pounds this summer, putting me just over the edge into medically underweight. :(

Can you share your experience? What did it feel like? What did you take? Side effects? Did it work?

I've just been feeling permanently f****d lately. And I'm considering asking my doctor for anti-depressants. I've never taken any drugs like that before.

I voted no, I wouldn't be offended. Right now I have pretty much no friends, and I am trying so hard to reach out to people. The absolute best help I could have right now is if people will just be friendly and offer a little sympathy for what I'm going through and patience with my slowness/oddness o...

Not really related to special interest, but I have pretty much photographic memory. I can read a page in a book I saw if I concentrate really hard. I can look at a chemistry code and immediately have a three dimensional molecule spinning around in my thoughts. I used to draw all the time, and I have...
