Only parents say this. Hormones rule. You can't fight it. |

Without some signs from the other person, refrain from elevating it to the next level. These things go well only in the movies. |

Before a movie can make me feel depressed, it has to be good enough to even elicit that emotion from me. Not many movies are depressing to me (and remember, I'm not counting bad movies). But here are two:
Pan's Labyrinth (Spanish language film)
Grave of Fireflies (Japanese animated film) |

I don't hate any particular genre. I think that's too easy and over-simplified. You have to pick individual movies. I generally think there's a lot of crud out there, and I should know because I make an effort to see almost every movie released (or at least available at Blockbuster). One month, we s... |

I saw this movie but I didn't like Sigourney Weaver's acting. I don't think she pulled it off. Also, I don't think an HFA character would behave like that toward her daughter. Miscast. They should've gotten a better actress. Alan Rickman will always be good, although he did have the easier role in t... |

Yes, you're so right. But can I still hate post-1990s music anyway? |

You want to make it difficult for yourself, go ahead.
If I had to find exact replicas of any of the girls I've dated or fantasized about in my past, I'd be single forever. There's no such thing as "exact replicas". |

My line of thinking is this: I have great taste in music and others don't. In fact, I can't understand why others don't have good taste in music because it's so obvious to me they're bad. |

Although it's set in 2144, your lack of Muslims is disturbing. If you just go with cultures by population, the Asian, Hispanic, and Muslim cultures are fairly dominant. It would be more interesting if USA became mostly Muslim or mostly Hispanic, because it's possible, and Japan and China took over E... |

I must confess that I hate manga/anime, even though I love comic books. They call 'em graphic novels now. |

How does an Aspie look like? I certainly can't tell. I'm kinda new to all this stuff anyway. |

I'm a dog person. I get annoyed at people who are afraid of dogs. I've grown up with dogs all my life and I understand them very well. I can look into a dog's eyes, gauge their body language, and know EXACTLY what they're thinking. |

Maintenance? Yes. That's part of keeping the relationships alive. You get benefits with friendship, but you have to pay for it somehow. Fact of life. Can't escape it. |
