I love flamingos.

So does my husky, but in his case it's because he'd like to *eat* them.

I would give a generous endowment to this place.

I would buy a castle in Europe.

I would get a really expensive MA in Vocal Studies.

I would keep a gorgeous mistress who could accompany me on piano.

And I would adopt about 50 Siberian Huskies in need of good homes.

I'm against the death penalty, but it's not because I'm nice. It's because I think death's too good for sex offenders. They should be kept in dark little holes for the rest of their lives and fed only enough gruel to keep them alive.

I know the biggest change for me personally is that there is no way 2009 will suck as much as 2008 did.

Have you ever eaten insects?

He knows that I don't drink, do drugs or smoke.

I was not lucid enough to say "I am not feeling well." I was not lucid enough to recognise familiar faces. From the way my housemate (who found me) described my behavior, it would have been clear I needed help.

I wish to complain in the strongest possible terms about people who call themselves friends but don't have the presence of mind to help you when you're in a fix.

It wouldn't if I could see clearly what we stood to gain from space exploration. As it is I think sending robots to Mars is pretty cool, but there are a lot of social programs we should throw money at before we do things purely in the name of curiosity.

Do you like husky dogs?

I was just thinking about this the other day when my mother and I descended into the local KB Toystore (which is going out of business now that the Christmas rush is over). Everything seemed so cheap and plastic, and terribly tacky. I think toys are more poorly made now than they were in the 80's, a...

It took me a long time to get around to posting about this, because for a while there I was too angry to talk about it. But I want to hear the interpretation of people who have AS, because I simply do not understand what happened. I have (or perhaps had ) a friend whom I strongly suspect of having A...
