I miss my ex. I don't want him to be my ex anymore, but for us to be together means one of us moving thousands of miles and crossing language barriers to be with each other. I'm unhappy here and seriously considering things that were out of the question when we decided to split 8 months ago. I want ...

I agree with the previous posters, it's not like one is genetically disposed ro be a nerd just because of the way they look. Met buff nerds and skinny nerds, it's the personality that makes them a nerd.

Thank you leafplant, I do appreciate your advice. Obviously I'm not very sexually experienced though, and wouldn't have a clue how to seduce him. Any pointers?

Recently I've became more depressed again. I went through a severe period of depression all throughout my teens, which I coped with using self harm. I started university again, this time in a course I love. I was abused as a kid by my father and stepfather (although not sexually, to the best of my k...

I cannot have sex without having complete trust -cliché I know, but I physically clam up and have flashbacks. Obviously pursuing a relationship with someone you live with is not ideal, so I suppose I'll just have to ignore it all. I wish I had a switch for my sexuality sometimes, it would make life ...

I am a casual gamer, interested in games like The Elde...

I recently started university to pursue the things I want. This meant moving away from my home town and trying to make it in a city. I've never liked cities but I have to try to deal with it. I still work some weekends as an autism support worker, a job I love. This gives me the chance to see my fam...

when surrounded by the opposite sex, women are under pressure to act almost virginal. It is ridiculously easy to gain a reputation as a slut, so most women walk a fine tightrope to save their social status. Even other women can be very quick to judge. However, when surrounded by others of the same g...

I've always been attracted to the 'trouble-makers' of my peer-group. Since high school my attitude towards life seemed almost bipolar. I was a high acheiver, winning awards and scoring high in my exams. I also used to regularly truant and engage in mild drug taking (nothing further than cannabis). I...

Liberal feminists want believe both genders are oppressed by gender roles. They fight for female orientated issues but also for male orientated issues, such as paternity rights. Radical feminists blame all societies issues on oppression of women by men, and believe this is a deliberate policy. Marxi...

Yeah, this isn't that big a shock to me. Then again, I worked in the Scottish parliament dealing with Domestic Abuse. It's not just Man on Woman, LGBT and Woman on Man are also issues. Around 10% of cases involve an abusive woman. However there is a massive lack of awareness and misunderstanding sur...

A state of anarchy is returning to the state of nature, with no common laws or social contracts. This means whoever is the strongest, fittest and smartest will take what they need from the weakest, and they will suffer. No one will have true freedom because you'll be terrified for yourself and your ...

Pro-choice and Pro-death penalty. I see a fetus as the closest biological term that applies, a parasite. It feeds of the mother and makes her incapable of doing certain things. A baby I see as a human being, and then has rights. But before it reaches a certain developmental stage it has no brain act...
