Nothing is changing that I know of.

The only kind of thing that I can think of that is close to that is my grandfather was a little bit sick earlier this week but it was only a sinus infection and he is feeling much better.

I'm thinking about setting up an appointment with my doctor to see about this.

I hope I don't have to go back on medication due to I've been doing well without them for about a year. Until I see a doctor I'm just gonna try to calm down for a while or try to distract myself.

Thank you for all your responses.

It would greatly help if I knew why I'm feeling like this or how to distract myself long enough to forget about it for a while.

I'm trying to relax by listening to music or by petting my cat which normally works.

Lately for about a week I have been feeling worried about something and I don't know what it is.

It feels like you're afraid of something thats gonna happen but you have no ideal what it is.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this?

I admit the first fear had it's moments. Fear 2 was so un-scary I could compare it to hearing ocean waves lol. Well, what did you think about the "special" ending of F.E.A.R. 2? XD It was expected especially how Alma was "interacting" with you. Surprise is to fear is what ice cream to the banana sp...

The dominant colour for my everyday clothes I would have to say would be black or blue.

My dress shirts I wear for Church come in a much more varied assortment.

Same question.

I remember when I was younger and the Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask came I played it none stop and I was having a good time until I got to Ikana Canyon.
