I joined to learn something new. This site has far too many messages now, and it is too confusing. I need to learn a new way of filtering interesting messages to view, or I'll be too confused all the time.

I am a manager with Asperger's.

Communication is very difficult, and people under me seem to think that I am not flexible enough.

They are still producing light bulbs in some countries.

At least here in Finland selling light bulbs is going to be banned. It is permitted, however, to sell "spherical heating devices." :D

So you want to date a woman? Why don't you try this: 1) meet women and be their friend. This helps you to feel more comfortable in their company, and perhaps helps you to understand more about things they like and dislike. 2) when you have female friends (or at least one), tell them about your wish ...

Do you and your wife have an agreed upon way to communicate when things are tough? Yes, we have agreed on some things, for example to argue about one issue at a time and to say what we mean. And earmuffs are very handy, they give me the oppurtunity to show when I am no longer able to receive anythi...

I was diagnosed with AS when I was 42. It did not change much, but at least I don't have to wonder whether I am just imagining I have it.
