Pay them a living wage & train them. Then you get a better applicant pool to choose from to begin with.

And for anyone else who's wondering, from Urban Dictionary : scene + emo = scenemo Usually a combination of scene and emo fashion styles and music tastes. For example, a scenemo individual could dress in dark colors, but still like "scene" music, like obscure electro bands. Or they could d...

I saw my gp, in his early seventies, & asked if he'd finally be retiring soon. He said no. Four months later I got the letter in the mail that they were closing entirely in thirty days. I hadn't pre-planned what to do, so it was a life lesson. Also, I figure it would be more productive & a g...

I'd say the odds are that it's age & workload related. He may have decided that he wanted more hobby time, or less paperwork, or has developed medical issues, etc. New patients may only mean that he's lost a patient or two, which would be normal in the course of business. What may be good would ...

Yes, stress can cause an early period (or withdrawal bleed on hbc). Even with my Mirena I get spotting & bleeding when I'm stressed, but normally I don't have any periods on it.

Stress can also delay a period. These variances are normal unless they occur often.

There's several posters here, as well as threads discussing the combination of ASD and PTSD. "Hey, there're people like that here! You might find something useful by searching older threads while waiting for new responses." I didn't see anything relatively new, and I also was asking for s...

Of course there are varying experiences. I just want to support & put forth the side of "it was fine" so not everyone goes in with an assumption that "it'll be bad".

Getting Pap smears is not fun. A pap smear doesn't have to be painful or even weird, tho. I had to get one before going on HBC, & I was a virgin too. Don't go into it assuming it'll be bad/uncomfortable as that's just setting oneself up for a bad experience. Mention you haven't had sex, then re...

My family went Prius long ago. I drove an '08 for 12 years (now has 150k & still going), & I'm now driving a '14 with only 22k on it. Hubs & I are looking to get a Kia Niro this year. We wanted something with more space, higher up, & about the same gas mileage.

I know you're venting, but it's not the customer's job to find the appropriate employee to load something into a car when the loading is considered part of the purchase. Your manager either should've assigned someone for things you can't lift, or you need to go find such a person. Places like hardwa...

What about using a wiggle seat/cusion on her chair? Could be used at therapy & out in public (like at restaurants). Maybe she just needs much more physically exhausting play options between seated therapy sessions? Maybe try some sort of reward for so many times sitting still-ish (or just stayin...
